Customer Care Advisor with Dutch

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will support a well-known automotive brand, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and leaves a lasting impression. Your role will focus on providing helpful, friendly assistance to customers at every stage of their experience.

The role will begin with extensive training in the office, after which you will transition to a hybrid working model for the remainder of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers by providing relevant, helpful information at various touchpoints throughout their journey with the brand.
  • Encourage customers to engage with and explore the client's products and services.
  • Handle inquiries and issues by collaborating with different teams (e.g., technical support, dealerships).
  • Contribute to delivering seamless, customer-focused service across both digital and physical platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their continued engagement with the brand.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with colleagues to improve internal processes and drive better customer outcomes.
  • Stay informed about current market trends to anticipate customer needs and expectations.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (C1+ level)
  • Fluency in English (C1+level )
  • Experience in handling customer service tasks such as phone, email, and chat communication.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with a focus on achieving team goals.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and empathetic approach to customer service.
  • Availability to work Monday – Friday, 10:00 am – 6:30 pm
  • Willingness to start on March 17th

 

What would be an asset:

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is preferred)
  • A strong interest in the automotive sector
