Customer Care Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing your team’s daily operations, ensuring that the team meets KPIs and SLAs, and driving productivity and results. In addition, you will be focused on fostering your team’s growth, well-being, and continuous development. Responsibilities

Team Performance and Quality:

  • Lead your team to consistently meet quality and quantity goals, ensuring high standards in both individual and team performance.
  • Ensure team members acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and communication abilities to excel in their roles and deliver optimal results.
  • Monitor and manage scheduling, including shift assignments, breaks, and time management.
  • Achieve productivity targets, including operational and project-specific performance metrics.

Leadership and Development:

  • Conduct regular meetings and follow-up sessions with your team to ensure alignment with performance expectations and agreed-upon targets.
  • Oversee performance management, ensuring adherence to established standards, workflows, and processes.
  • Quality assurance: Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct employee reviews, providing feedback, guidance, and development opportunities.

Project Management:

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and related tools.
  • Plan, organize, and evaluate training programs for team members, ensuring they stay updated and skilled in their tasks.
  • Lead and facilitate team meetings and briefings to keep everyone informed and aligned.
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to team performance, project progress, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (C1/C2 level)
  • 2-3 years of commercial experience in a team leadership role, ideally as a Deputy Team Leader or Supervisor.
  • Proven track record in team development and the ability to inspire and lead teams to achieve results.
  • Service-oriented, with a respectful and appreciative attitude towards colleagues and team members.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and other productivity tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess performance and implement improvements.
  • Availability to work Monday – Friday, 10:00 am – 6:30 pm
  • Willingness to start on March 17th
