Role Reporting Analyst

About the Role
The Reporting Analyst transforms raw data into actionable insights that support operational efficiency and business strategy. This role ensures accurate, timely reporting and provides analysis that drives decision-making within the contact center.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Analyze KPIs to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain data accuracy by extracting, cleaning, and validating from multiple systems.
  • Support workforce management with forecasting and trend analysis.
  • Recommend and track process improvements based on data insights.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting within a contact center or similar environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
  • Strong knowledge of BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Solid understanding of SQL and ability to query databases.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
  • Strong communication and data storytelling abilities.
