Responsibilities

Month-End & Reporting

    • Support month-end reporting and project cost closure (WIP, accruals, DI, PP).
    • Prepare financial data and and coordinate review meeting with project, delivery, and operations managers.
    • Assist with payroll reconciliation and provide analytical input for balance sheet reviews.
    • Finalize Flash reports (Mid, Pre, Final) and update monthly forecasts.

Forecasting & Analysis

    • Update monthly forecasts for revenue and cost.
    • Analyse variances and collaborate with stakeholders to explain and resolve discrepancies.
    • Support reporting and forecasting using the Axiom system.

Operational Finance

    • Review and support cost allocation and recharge processes through financial analysis.
    • Discuss debtors, WIP, and accruals with PMs and business units.
    • Prepare MPR reports and working capital summaries for business review.
    • Perform P&L analysis and support project codes review..

Workforce Metrics

    • Report workforce data, including headcount, attrition, and open vacancies.

Requirements

 

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in finance, FP&A, or similar roles, with the ability to independently manage complex financial processes
  • Readiness to work with US clients including potential night shifts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, including leading review calls
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems (e.g., Axiom, ERP platforms)
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and month-end processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with workforce metrics is a plus
